SharePoint Online Management Shell – Use PowerShell to Manage O365 Site Collections

Microsoft has a new tool called SharePoint Online Management Shell. This includes a Windows PowerShell Module to manage your SharePoint Online subscription in the Office 365 environment. According to Microsoft, the focus is around site collection management. System requirements include the following:

1. Windows 7 Service Pack 1
2. Windows 8
3. Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1
4. Windows Server 2008 Service Pack 2
5. Windows Server 2012
6. PowerShell 3.0
