Microsoft dubbed as “most prominent”, eBay the “most popular”

According to Envisional, a net monitoring company, Microsoft is the most prominent company on the Internet. Well, that’s the good news for Microsoft marketing. The bad news is that it was also the sixth most negatively perceived company.

eBay was dubbed as the most popular. McDonald’s was the least popular brand. Keep in mind that the Supersize Me film has received a lot of publicity over the past year and the McLibel case was the longest running legal case in British history.

Here are the top 5 most prominent, popular, and least popular brands.
