The error is logged in the application log in the Event Viewer with the Event ID 1009. Here&#8217;s what the error message looks like:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Microsoft Exchange Health Manager worker process (7564) received restart request and will be stopped. Restart reason: poison result RpsDeepTestPSProxyProbe\/CertificateSid.HealthMailbox21bf6b98a96444b6afb67b871c0bc963 created at 6\/15\/2015 6:13:46 PM with result ID 130436812<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zubairalexander.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/EventID_1009a.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-5801\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zubairalexander.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/EventID_1009a-300x189.png\" alt=\"EventID_1009a\" width=\"300\" height=\"189\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.zubairalexander.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/EventID_1009a-300x189.png 300w, https:\/\/www.zubairalexander.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/EventID_1009a-768x484.png 768w, https:\/\/www.zubairalexander.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/EventID_1009a.png 854w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In addition, you may\u00a0 see other errors with the same Event ID 1009 that have a different worker process ID and a different result ID. Notice that in the following log there is no reference to the HealthMailbox.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Microsoft Exchange Health Manager worker process (11192) received restart request and will be stopped. Restart reason: poison result ServiceHealthMSExchangeReplEndpointProbe\/RPC created at 6\/15\/2015 11:27:53 AM with result ID 130389245<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zubairalexander.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/EventID_1009b.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-5803\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zubairalexander.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/EventID_1009b-300x189.png\" alt=\"EventID_1009b\" width=\"300\" height=\"189\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.zubairalexander.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/EventID_1009b-300x189.png 300w, https:\/\/www.zubairalexander.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/EventID_1009b-768x483.png 768w, https:\/\/www.zubairalexander.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/EventID_1009b.png 860w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>SOLUTION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>One solution that worked for me was to delete the HealthMaibox referenced in the log. Here&#8217;s how.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to Active Directory Users and Computers.<\/li>\n<li>On the menu click View -&gt; Advanced Features.<\/li>\n<li>You will notice a folder called Microsoft Exchange System Objects. Expand this folder.<\/li>\n<li>You will see a Monitoring Mailboxes folder. In the right hand pane, locate the HealthMailbox referenced in the application log.<\/li>\n<li>Delete the HealthMailbox entry\n<p>.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zubairalexander.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/HealthMailbox_in_ADUC.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-5804\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zubairalexander.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/HealthMailbox_in_ADUC-300x165.png\" alt=\"HealthMailbox_in_ADUC\" width=\"300\" height=\"165\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.zubairalexander.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/HealthMailbox_in_ADUC-300x165.png 300w, https:\/\/www.zubairalexander.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/HealthMailbox_in_ADUC.png 475w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Go to Services console (services.msc).<\/li>\n<li>Restart Microsoft Exchange Health Manager service.
