With some of the new changes to Office 365 you can not only customize the landing page to point to pretty much anywhere on your site, you can also customize the buttons at the top of your screen. To customize the buttons, follow the instructions below.<\/p>\n<p>1. Login as Administrator and go to Admin -&gt; SharePoint.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zubairalexander.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/O365_top_buttons_01.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-5126\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zubairalexander.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/O365_top_buttons_01-300x232.png\" alt=\"O365_top_buttons_01\" width=\"300\" height=\"232\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>2. In the SharePoint Admin Center click Settings.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zubairalexander.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/O365_top_buttons_03.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-5128\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zubairalexander.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/O365_top_buttons_03-186x300.png\" alt=\"O365_top_buttons_03\" width=\"186\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.zubairalexander.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/O365_top_buttons_03-186x300.png 186w, https:\/\/www.zubairalexander.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/O365_top_buttons_03.png 266w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 186px) 100vw, 186px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>3. Hide the buttons you don&#8217;t want users to see, such as OneDrive for Business, Yammer\/Newsfeed, and Sites. You can change the landing page by going to Office 365 Settings.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zubairalexander.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/O365_top_buttons_04.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5129\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zubairalexander.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/O365_top_buttons_04.png\" alt=\"O365_top_buttons_04\" width=\"225\" height=\"165\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>2. Configure the landing page to take you to any one of the locations that are listed in the drop-down button and click Save.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zubairalexander.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/O365_top_buttons_06.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-5131\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zubairalexander.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/O365_top_buttons_06-293x300.png\" alt=\"O365_top_buttons_06\" width=\"293\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>SharePoint Online Management Shell<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">If you know PowerShell you can take advantage of Microsoft&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/download\/details.aspx?id=35588\">SharePoint Online Management Shell<\/a> to manage your SharePoint Online subscription in Office 365.
